"again, i was looking over your account, and i can still save you money. last month you spend $8.12 in long distance fees. with a new contract you'll have free long distance!"

"no, check your records again. as you will see, i was in TEXAS and i said i have NO FREE ROAMING so therefor i got charged $0.69 a min for placing calls outside of georgia. i DO have free long distance."

"you might want to check that again - with this new plan you can call anyone in the united states for free!"

"no. i've checked. i have free long distance. and if i do want to make more long distance calls, i have vonage with free unlimited local and long distance."

"oh, well thank you mr. kimble and have a good day..."
