Actually, zombies don't eat brains. Think about it. What kills a zombie? Shooting it in the head. So if they don't have a brain to begin with, they can never even become a zombie. I believe the whole brain eating became popular with the Return of the Living Dead movies which are more of a comedy than actual facts.
