interesting.

my alarm works...

i've logged into the system a half dozen times, my alarm has never sent a signal (it's supposed to send daily/weekly signals saying "i'm still alive, all is good").

just now i test the system, by pressing the test button. alarm sounds (normal), my zones work and beep (normal) and all is well.

then i get a phone call from the monitoring company. "we just received an alarm, is everything ok?"

sweet. :) however - it should have sent them a "test" not "burglar"....
