yes, my head and shoulder is what stopped me from moving. 30mph to 0 in like 3 feet :P

Holy crap. But, it could've been worse. I'm glad that it wasn't worse than that! Yes, wear your helmet.. it's made like that for a reason! Be more careful next time.
