dear att

i'm sick and tired of you dropping every one of my calls. today, i beat the shit out of your phone when it dropped me for the last time. here is the outcome of phone vs. dash. ps, the phone didn't win:

dammit. i called the insurance company. $50 replaces it with the identical model. i was hoping they didn't have any more of this model in stock. maybe this one won't drop so many calls...

remember, now that my phone is DOA, i can't see txt msgs. if you call i'll answer, and i can still see the outside display. however, if you txt me, i won't know who txted or what you said... feel free to call me at 404-849-0654 if you wish too, that's my work celly. i have it on me at all times, and unlike ATT, it actually works.

It could be the phone... cuz I have no problems with AT&T. Love them. Would never leave them.... Hope that the new phone works better for you.

Yeah, I can say ATT isn't a problem for us. But I can say the phone IS! I wish they would let you 'test drive' a phone before you buy it, or in our case, "upgrade" to a free phone for signing another 2 year contract. Bleh!
