The thing i find worse on all of these is the amount of Sodium :( "The USDA Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for Sodium Intake equals no more than 2,400 milligrams of sodium per day." damn. let's see:
Hardee's: 2770/2400=115% of Daily Allowance
Wendy's: 2000/2400=83% of Daily Allowance
McDonald's: 2300/2400=96% of Daily Allowance
Chick-Fil-A: 1370/2400=57% of Daily Allowance
Subway: 1660/2400=69% of Daily Allowance

how healthy :)
