my max bench press is 150lbs :) my weight is 165lbs. i need to be able to bench 15 more pounds and goal achieved.
as you can see from my previous post, i've passed 1/3rd of the class (ok, well 3/10ths, but whatever). over the weekend i'm going to try to knock out the rest/most of it. that will put me way ahead of schedule.
i'm going to dallas texas next weekend. training seminar. w00t! now i gotta ask time out :-\ oops lol
today has been such a motivational day for me. *thank you cruel world* :D
