eh not really. whatever. i made my damn Manicotti tonight... it was ok. well it was pretty good. turned out better than i expected. i made the mushroom and spinage version that was on the back of the manicotti box. lets just say... the spinach part wasn't that great. i got brad to come over - he liked it. course he said he likes cooked veggies - i don't. the mushrooms were almost non-existent. next time i'm putting some beef in it :)
i think there were 10 shells, a tub of ricotta cheese, 1/2 a cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/3 a cup of basil, 2 eggs, big ass box of mushrooms, half a bag of spinach... some garlic salt (it called for salt and garlic - but i didn't buy any garlic so i substituted)... what else... oh yeah the spaghetti sauce :) anyways. i got a little bit of left overs. the garlic bread i waited way to long to make - it was all moldy so it went straight in the trash....
Note: i will be making some again. it was good. brad hasn't died yet, neither have i. it was different and i enjoy cooking like this. i will cook for anyone who comes over. :)
i swear - own my own house and car, kept the same job for years... my dog hasn't died after a 2 years now tuesday... i keep the house moderately clean... i do my own dishes and clothes and cleaning... yard work... cooking...
... and nobody wants me :(
