Ion Storm

When i went to Dallas Texas in 2007, i stayed in Adams Mark,which is now known as the Sheraton. Left is the shot from the hotel, right is Google earth's same shot.



I just learned, when John Romero left id software, he created Ion Storm in the penthouse office of the Chase tower. i started looking on Google earth for where that building was, and sure enough, I stayed next door. I even took a picture of that building! (Jan '07 - approx 10 years after Ion Storm took up this penthouse suite)
