the bike RUNS and DRIVES!
today i emptied the gas tank of the rank ass gas and put fresh, clean in it. also the battery had a good solid clean charge. it kept trying to crank, but just wouldn't...
so i got (4) new spark plugs. THAT did the trick :) well i'm certain the gas also helped - it started rough, barely... i just haaad to take it down the street about a hundred feet. the 2nd trip was even smoother - the old gas i think is working it's way out.
tomorrow i think i shall working to get it street worthy - i'm going to patch the oil leak and install the radiator. this week i shall get insurance and a tag. next week i plan to ride it :)
it was cool to give it a spin - i've rode brad's SV650 down the block before - i was sooo amazed how smoothly it shifted and drove - my FZ is a damn horse and buggy. but this FZR is sooo sweet!
otherwise, i met up with the parents and did some shopping at Sam's warehouse. gah that place is a crap hole. lol for real - i bought $50 worth of food that i prob saved a total of $2-3 over the grocery store - but i had to drive 25 mins each way - so i might have broken even....
then me and jr went to sherwood's forest and played mini golf and did the batting cages. oh yeah i stole like (10) balls and he took like (5) :) i'll just add to my collection :)
