so... how does this flocking benefit the mission fund? (btw there was another sign and flock of birds on the other side of the driveway)

Silly, you pay to have the flock put in someone's yard, and they have to pay to get it out (the same amount you paid to put it there). :p Of course it only works till someone blows up all the flamingos! ha!
