Dear Mr. Thomas Frey & Scott Warshaw,

I am writing to announce my resignation from AIM Security, effective June 19th, 2009.

This was not an easy decision to make, on my part. The past 22 months have been very eventful and rewarding. I've enjoyed working for you and helping to be a part of a team of hard workers who take pride in their work.

My last day of work will be June 19, which provides time for me to document all knowledge that I solely possess and to turn over my position to my replacement.

My experiences at AIM and VGS have been very rewarding. I appreciate having had the opportunity to work for the companies in which such a broad range of new skills were required, and I wish you and the company continued success.

Thank you for the opportunities for growth that you have provided me.
